RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange ONLY for EQUAL VALUE of same item in a different size. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time unless items are defective or damaged while they were in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed and without body odor or fragrance. If 14 days has passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at PROTECTYOURPEACE@OKAYNEWEAR.COM with proof of purchase and defect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make corrections.
Payment Methods
****By making a payment, you are accepting all of our terms and conditions including but not limited to our NO REFUND policy and Unworn returns in the same packaging without order/fragrances. You are also forfeiting your right to chargeback on this order and accepting full financial responsibility of this order in the event a chargeback dispute is opened. Thank you for your business.
